Recertification gets stressful when hours are scattered across course sites and email receipts. Med-Cert Pro keeps every CE record, its certificate and its hours in one log, linked to the credential it counts toward.
National Registry NCCP model (2025)
| Level | National | Local | Individual | Total hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paramedic | 30 | 15 | 15 | 60 |
| AEMT | 25 | 12.5 | 12.5 | 50 |
| EMT | 20 | 10 | 10 | 40 |
| EMR | 8 | 4 | 4 | 16 |
What you record for each course
- Title, provider and completion date
- Hours, delivery method and content area
- Certificate number and the certificate itself
- Which credential and component (national, local or individual) it applies to
Reviewed rules only
Med-Cert Pro calculates hours remaining only for renewal routes reviewed against an official source: currently the National Registry 2025 NCCP model and selected Texas and Louisiana routes. Other states can still be tracked; they just do not show a calculated total until reviewed.
Tracking only: Med-Cert Pro does not award, accredit or approve CE. Hours, categories and requirements can change, and entries are user reported. Always confirm requirements and course acceptance with the National Registry, your state EMS office or your licensing board.
How Med-Cert Pro helps
- Store the card or certificate once, with the expiration date read from the document by on-device scanning.
- See the credential move from Active to Expiring Soon, Critical and Expired, so nothing surprises you on shift.
- Get a reminder before the window closes, and mark a renewal In Progress while you finish it.
- Share a time-limited link or QR packet with an employer instead of emailing photos of your card.
- Your whole professional wallet is $24.99 per year, and agency-sponsored seats cost you nothing.
