These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Med-Cert Pro, including medcertpro.com, the Med-Cert Pro web application, mobile applications, credential-management services, renewal tools, credential-sharing services, employer/agency services, provider-directory services, and related products and services (the "Services"). The Services are provided by Tyche Services (d.b.a. Med-Cert Pro) ("Med-Cert Pro," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Services are intended primarily for adults managing professional certifications, licenses, continuing-education records, and workforce credential requirements. The Services are not designed or offered for patient records, PHI, background checks, criminal-history reports, or consumer reports. Additional organization terms may apply when an employer or agency provides access.
3. Purpose of the Services
Med-Cert Pro provides tools for organizing, storing, tracking, sharing, and monitoring professional certifications, licenses, credential cards, continuing-education records, training records, expiration dates, renewal information, verification records, and related professional compliance information.
Med-Cert Pro is not a governmental licensing agency, credential issuer, educational accreditor, healthcare provider, law firm, employer, or regulatory authority unless expressly stated otherwise.
A credential appearing in Med-Cert Pro does not by itself establish authenticity, legal validity, employer acceptance, or issuer verification.
Store Billing and Restoring Purchases
Where purchases are made through Apple or Google, billing, cancellation, refund processing, and restoration may also be governed by the applicable store's terms and account controls. Med-Cert Pro may provide a Restore Purchases function in native applications so previously purchased qualifying access can be associated with the appropriate Med-Cert Pro account after verification.
A client application or browser redirect does not by itself establish payment. Med-Cert Pro may require signed server-to-server confirmation or other verification from the applicable billing provider before activating or extending subscription access.
EULA and Clinical Disclaimer
The Med-Cert Pro End User License Agreement and Clinical Disclaimer are incorporated into these Terms by reference. They govern the software license, credential-verification limitations, continuing-education limitations, reminder limitations, document-assisted autofill, and the requirement to confirm professional credential and renewal information with the applicable issuing organization, regulator, employer, or other official authority.
Med-Cert Pro is not a clinical decision-support system and is not a substitute for medical direction, scope-of-practice rules, patient-care protocols, or professional judgment. Med-Cert Pro does not award CE hours, accredit courses, approve continuing-education credit, or independently validate a professional credential unless a feature expressly states that an identified source has been independently verified.
Organization access transition period
If an organization revokes an assigned employee seat, organization-sponsored access ends immediately and the seat may be returned to the organization’s available pool. The individual’s personal Med-Cert Pro account and personal credential wallet are not deleted solely because organization access ends.
Unless the individual already has a separately paid active individual subscription, Med-Cert Pro may place the account into a 7-day individual transition trial beginning at the time organization access is revoked. During that transition period, the individual may continue using qualifying individual features. After the transition period ends, continued paid features require an active individual subscription or another valid entitlement.
A separately paid individual subscription is not downgraded or replaced by an organization revocation.
Cross-platform account access and billing source
A valid Med-Cert Pro entitlement is associated with the user’s Med-Cert Pro account rather than a particular device. A qualifying website subscription may therefore provide access when the same account signs in to supported iOS, iPadOS, and Android applications, and a verified qualifying native-app subscription may provide access on the website.
Purchases initiated in supported native applications may be processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing as applicable. Website purchases may be processed through Stripe or another authorized processor. Users should not knowingly purchase duplicate individual access through multiple billing sources for the same Med-Cert Pro account. Med-Cert Pro may prevent a checkout when an active entitlement is already present.
Invoices and purchase records
For purchases where Med-Cert Pro is the merchant of record, Med-Cert Pro may generate its own invoice or paid receipt and make it available in the account dashboard and by email. These records may include the invoice number, service period, items purchased, taxes if applicable, amount paid, payment source, and payment reference. Paid financial records may be retained even if an account is later deleted where retention is required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Purchases processed by Apple or Google remain subject to the applicable store’s receipt and billing records. Med-Cert Pro may display an access or purchase-history record for those transactions but does not represent that record as a replacement for the store-issued receipt or tax invoice.
