What is Med-Cert Pro?

Med-Cert Pro is a professional credential-management platform for certifications, licenses, continuing-education records, renewal planning, secure sharing, and organization compliance. It was built by a firefighter/paramedic for credentialed professionals and the organizations that depend on them.

Who is Med-Cert Pro for?

Med-Cert Pro is designed for EMS, fire service, nursing, physicians, allied health, public safety, training professionals, and other credentialed professionals. Organizations can also use the platform to manage employee seats, requirements, credential status, and compliance workflows.

Is Med-Cert Pro a credential issuer or verification authority?

No. Med-Cert Pro organizes professional credential information and can record verification states where supported. Credential validity, licensure status, renewal eligibility, and acceptance must be confirmed with the issuing authority, licensing body, accreditor, or employer.

Does Med-Cert Pro store PHI, medical records, or background checks?

No. Med-Cert Pro is intentionally not a patient medical-record system, background-check service, criminal-history repository, or consumer-reporting service. Users must not upload patient records, PHI, diagnoses, treatment information, prescriptions, insurance records, Social Security numbers, background checks, criminal-history reports, or unrelated sensitive records.

Can I use the same Med-Cert Pro account across platforms?

Yes. Med-Cert Pro uses one account and one entitlement model. Website access, future native app access, organization seats, trials, and approved administrative grants are designed to attach to the same Med-Cert Pro identity rather than creating separate accounts. Native iOS and Android applications are not yet released.

How do organization employee seats work?

An approved organization receives a licensed employee-seat pool. Organization administrators can generate activation codes or invitations, assign requirements, monitor authorized credential status, manage departments, and export compliance information. Organization administrator accounts do not consume employee seats.

What happens if an organization revokes an employee seat?

Organization access ends immediately and the seat returns to the organization. The employee keeps the same Med-Cert Pro account and personal credential wallet. If the employee does not already have independent paid access, Med-Cert Pro starts the configured seven-day individual transition trial.

Who owns an employee credential wallet?

The individual account remains the professional’s personal credential wallet. Organization access is relationship-based. Leaving an employer does not erase the person’s credential history or require them to create a new account.

Does Med-Cert Pro award or approve CE credit?

No. CE entries are user-reported tracking records. Med-Cert Pro does not issue, award, accredit, approve, or guarantee continuing-education credit. Users should verify current renewal requirements and course acceptance with the relevant state, registry, board, employer, or other authority.

How does secure credential sharing work?

Users can create selected, time-limited credential packets and share links instead of exposing the entire wallet. Shares can be revoked and may include access history depending on the selected workflow.

What does individual access cost?

Individual web access is $24.99 per year. Agency pricing is published separately on the Agencies page, and training-provider directory and sponsorship pricing is published separately on the Training Sites page.

Does sponsorship mean a provider is endorsed?

No. Paid sponsorship affects clearly labeled placement only. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement by Med-Cert Pro, AHA, NREMT, a state or government agency, an issuer, or any other credentialing authority.

Can I use multi-factor authentication?

Yes. Med-Cert Pro supports authenticator-app TOTP MFA, session management, password-security controls, and audit logging. MFA is required for privileged Med-Cert Pro and organization administrator accounts.
