Apple App Store
In Med-Cert Pro, open Settings → Purchase help & refunds → Request a refund from Apple. Apple decides eligibility and approval. You can also review purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that paid.
Website / Stripe
Contact Med-Cert Pro support with the invoice or payment reference. Do not send card numbers. Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved. A confirmed full refund ends personal access for the refunded billing period; a partial refund keeps remaining paid access. Your account, documents and independent agency access are retained.
Google Play
For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play’s order history and refund/support process. Google decides which options are available for that purchase.
Refund requests do not delete accounts. Renewal is managed separately with the billing provider.
