Med-Cert Pro may assign a customer extension or complimentary access directly to your existing account. If you received an access code, sign in to that account and enter it under Agency & Saved Access. Codes are single-use, account-bound and expire 30 days after issue.
Granted access starts after existing paid time, saved personal time and agency coverage. It does not count down in parallel with those benefits. Calendar-month durations end on the same calendar day where possible, otherwise the last day of the month.
Grants never create a purchase or automatic charge. They also do not cancel existing store billing. Review renewal separately with Apple, Google Play or the website. We remind you before a running grant ends when no other coverage takes precedence. After all coverage ends, your records remain available to view and export; paid changes require renewed access.
