Canceling subscription renewal

Canceling renewal does not delete your account or end your remaining prepaid time.

Apple App Store

1. Open Settings → Subscription & access in Med-Cert Pro.
2. Choose Manage subscription with Apple, then cancel in Apple’s subscription screen.
3. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Med-Cert Pro.

Website / Stripe

1. Open Settings → Subscription & access or Billing.
2. Choose Manage website subscription.
3. Cancel renewal in the secure Stripe portal and review the confirmed access-through date.

Google Play

For a purchase made through Google Play, open Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Med-Cert Pro → Cancel subscription.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel renewal. Requesting a refund and deleting an account are separate actions.
