When you activate an agency seat, Med-Cert Pro saves the unused time in your personal plan, including time shorter than one day. This applies to verified personal plans from the website, Apple or Google Play. Your saved time does not run down while an agency covers you.
When your last active agency seat ends, saved personal time resumes automatically in the same account. If several paid periods are saved, they run consecutively. Your credentials, documents and history stay with you.
Check automatic renewal separately
Saving Med-Cert Pro access time is different from pausing store billing. Apple requires you to turn off renewal in Apple’s subscription settings. Google Play’s pause options depend on the plan; do not assume an annual plan supports pausing. For website payments, open Agency & Saved Access and choose Stop website renewal. Med-Cert Pro changes Stripe renewal only with your confirmation and reports success only after Stripe confirms it. For Apple and Google, open the provider’s subscription settings and turn off renewal. Google pause is not required.
A verified additional paid renewal received while you are covered is preserved as additional saved time. A refunded or revoked period is not retained as paid time. Restoring saved time does not make a new purchase or restart store charges.
