How organization access works

For agencies and employers

1. Med-Cert Pro activates your organization license with a seat pool.
2. Your administrator creates one activation code per employee.
3. Employees activate a new account — or link an existing one — with the code.
4. Administrators see authorized compliance information for their team.

Good to know

• Administrator accounts don’t use employee seats.
• Seats are annual and can be reassigned when staff leave.
• Each employee’s wallet stays their own personal account.
