Credential scanning and normal uploads remain available. Available text and file checks may flag a specific concern; flagged documents stay private until reviewed. A missing scanner or unreadable OCR does not automatically block every upload. OCR helps read text, but cannot reliably identify all patient information, malware or inappropriate images. Upload only your professional credentials, never patient records or prohibited material.
If a document is held, contact support for review without copying or sending patient information. A professional’s name or license number on their own credential is not by itself patient medical information.
New customers must provide a US state or territory and ZIP code to finish account setup. Signup connections identified as outside the United States are blocked; unknown IP locations do not shut down signup. Existing accounts keep their sign-in, billing and privacy rights.
