- PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF (iPhone photos), and Word documents (DOC, DOCX).
- Up to 15 MB per file.
How documents are protected
- Files are encrypted and stored outside the public website.
- Only you — and anyone you explicitly share with — can open them.
Never upload
Patient records, PHI, Social Security numbers, insurance records, background checks or criminal-history reports.
