Open Account → Safety & blocked senders in the app, or Safety & Blocked Senders on the website. Enter the shared credential link. Choose a concern and describe what happened without copying patient information or prohibited material. You can report the content, block its sender, or both. A public share page also has a Report link.
Blocking hides that sender’s public shared content while you are signed into the website. It does not change employment, required agency records, subscriptions, or access for other recipients. You can unblock a sender from the same page. If urgent, contact [email protected].
