How long do you keep credentials after my subscription ends?

Subscription expiry alone does not delete credentials. You can keep signing in to view or download them and can resubscribe later. After 24 months without recorded sign-in or signed-in activity, the inactivity process gives at least 30 days to return, download records or keep the account before removal. Active paid or agency access protects against inactivity removal. Existing accounts received a full inactivity window when this policy was adopted.
