Tracking a renewal in progress

When you start renewing, update the credential’s renewal stage:

1. Planning — you know it’s due.
2. Provider selected — you’ve picked a course or provider.
3. Registered — you’re signed up.
4. Course completed — you’ve finished the class.
5. Awaiting new credential — you’re waiting for the new card.

While a renewal is in progress the credential shows Renewal In Progress. Enter the new expiration date when your new card arrives.
